One of our favorite spots! Their food is delicious. We especially go there from Santa Clara just to have dinner sometimes.
You get really good samosas there -

I made a reservation for three and we were seated within 10 minutes of arriving. We were about ten minutes early anyhow, so no big deal.
The place has an energy about it, that's for sure. Volume is really loud and the more it fills up, the louder everyone gets to overcome one the noise.
Service seemed erratic as we never saw the same server twice, but apparently there is a method to the madness because everything came out in a timely manner and our bill was correct.
Food was on point. We ordered pakoras, naans (plain, garlic and goat cheese), a mango lasse, a lamb dish, a vegetarian dish and chicken tandoori. The last two items were jaw droppingly amazing.
I'd definitely come here again. -

Hands down my favorite Indian restaurant in the Peninsula.
The Kashmiri Biryani is soooo good, pairs well with everything. Just make sure you order an extra side of naan, or you won't have enough left after your wife steals some off your plate! -

Visited on a Friday evening for dinner and drinks. It was crowded and we had to wait for around 30 minutes to get a table. The ambience of the restaurant was good so we didn't mind waiting.
Our order:
- mix veg pakora - very good
- paneer makhani - okayish
- onion and garlic naan - okayish
We also ordered some cocktails with fancy Indian names but there was nothing special about them. I really wanted to like this place but the food and drinks were just okay. The staff was friendly but the service was too slow (they seem to be under staffed). -

Good solid Indian food but be sure to over order as there is not much to each plate. Also, medium spicy is not very spicy.
Dinner
* Tandoori Prawns (Great)
* Chicken Vindaloo (Good)
* Aloo Golbi (Good)
